THE PROCESS — STEP BY STEP
Step 1 — Reach Out
It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your event — the date, the location, the guest count, and the experience you're imagining. We respond within 24–48 hours with availability, a recommended experience, and everything you need to make a decision.

Step 2 — Choose Your Experience
We offer six curated wellness bar experiences — from our entry-level Bloom Bar to our fully bespoke five-course Atelier. Once we understand your event, your guests, and the feeling you want the room to have, we recommend the experience that fits best.
Every experience is custom-quoted based on your guest count, location, and vision. No prices on this page — every event is different and every quote reflects that.
Step 3 — We Design Your Menu
Once you book, we design your drink menu around your event. Your aesthetic. Your color palette. Your occasion. Custom printed menu signs with your event name go on every surface. Your guests arrive to a bar that looks like it was built for this exact moment — because it was.
You approve the menu before we print a single card.
Step 4 — We Arrive With Everything
This is where The Social Spritz is different from every other bar service you've encountered. We don't send a list of ingredients for you to source. We don't ask you to provide cups, ice, or mixers. We don't need access to your kitchen.
We arrive with:
— Every spirit, juice, syrup, and mixer
— Every garnish — fresh herbs, dehydrated citrus, edible flowers, and everything in between
— Our full bar setup — the physical bar, risers, botanical accents, and lighting where applicable
— Custom printed menu signs with your event name and chosen drinks
— Biodegradable cups, straws, and cocktail napkins
— General liability insurance
— Everything needed to execute a flawless wellness bar experienceYou provide: access to the venue. We handle the rest.
Step 5 — We Set Up
We arrive 90-60 minutes before your guests. By the time the first person walks through the door the bar is fully set up, garnishes are displayed, menus are in place, and your mixologist is ready. Your guests never see the setup — they only see the result.
Setup is always included. Always.
Step 6 — We Pour
For the duration of your event your mixologist crafts every drink to order — fresh, intentional, and exactly as designed. Every guest gets a drink worth celebrating. Every sip is made with the same care as the first.
Service is typically 2 hours. Extended hours available as an enhancement.
Step 7 — We Break Down
When the event ends we break down everything completely. Every bottle, every garnish, every piece of equipment. We leave the space exactly as we found it — clean, clear, and ready for whatever comes next.
